Volvo EX90

Revealed to the world in downtown Stockholm today, Volvo has revealed the XC90 successor. All hail the stunning Volvo EX90, the new flagship electric vehicle with 300 miles of range, and a starting price under $80,000. The electric seven-seat SUV isn’t just a car, but a highly advanced computer on wheels, with a host of high-powered tech from suppliers like Google, Qualcomm, Luminar, Nvidia, and more. It is equipped with a massive 111-kWh battery pack with a peak output of 496 horsepower (370 kilowatts) and 671 pound-feet (910 Newton-meters) of instant torque. The company also states that the battery gets from 10 to 80 percent state of charge in about 30 minutes.

Inside the Volvo EX90, a 14.5-inch centre screen is your gateway to one of the most advanced infotainment systems on offer, with Google built-in and 5G connectivity as standard where available. The Volvo EX90 will also be compatible with wireless Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. It will also be the first Volvo car to feature Dolby Atmos, which will be delivered by a reference-quality Bowers & Wilkins audio system featuring 25 speakers for immersive sound throughout the cabin.

Volvo also introduces phone key technology, meaning you can leave your key fob at home and easily unlock your car with your mobile phone. It os also packed with smart features, just ask Google to lock, warm up or cool down your Volvo EX90 from the comfort of your home. You can also instantly find out your battery charge level.
