thum_ahua-surfboards.jpg
AHUA is a Portuguese startup, they make beautifully crafted Alaia Surfboards. Alaia is a thin, round-nosed, square-tailed surfboard ridden in pre-20th century Hawaii. The most distinguishing characteristic in relation to modern surfboards is the fact that Alaia boards have no fins, which allows a new sense of freedom on the wave. These boards create little friction and like to go fast on the wave. The Ahua alaias are custom made especially for each client, through an initial exchange of ideas, until you reach the most suitable solution. thum_garmin-swim.jpg
Designed for swimmers, the Gramin Swim watch records all data necessary for swimming training. The swimmer can keep focused on the workout and technique, the watch does the rest. It calculates speed, the number of lengths, calories burned, the efficiency, stroke count and type of stroke practiced. With all this data stored, Garmin Swim is capable of measuring the progress and results of various swimmers during different training sessions. This data is downloaded wirelessly to your computer and can then be reviewed by the athlete himself with the included GaminConnect software . source
thum_powerbreather.jpg
The Powerbreather is a breathing system (based on the concept of a sealed snorkel) and developed in Germany. The system uses a patented air flow pumped by a valve mechanism. The Powerbreather allows only air to pass through the pipe leading to the mouth of a swimmer. The Powerbreather avoids strain on the neck muscles, which is usually done by turning the neck and head, in order to breathe. Thus, the Powerbreather allows the swimmer to concentrate on his/her technical improvements. The water can not enter the system, even with the swimmer immersing further, because the two valves only allow  air to be inhaled. source
