You might recall the Stråhattfabriken (Straw Hat Factory) project we featured, a beautiful apartment block in Stockholm by Oscar Properties. They have done their magic again on this old leather factory (Laderfabriken) and applied their trademark style of industrial character and a typical turn of the century look.
