Chalet Vale Perkins

Chalet Vale Perkins exemplifies harmony between architecture and nature. Designed by Studio Lemay, this 2,500-square-foot chalet extension integrates seamlessly with the environment, utilizing sustainable materials and passive energy techniques to minimize its carbon footprint. The structure, nestled into the natural slope, features a sloped green roof, providing seasonal color changes and improving energy efficiency.

Large windows offer stunning views of Lake Memphremagog and the forest while promoting natural ventilation, eliminating the need for air conditioning. The chalet's wood design reflects the surrounding trees, blending the interior and exterior for a peaceful, nature-connected retreat.
