1990 Defender 110 Pickup

Commonwealth Classics is a small shop in Virginia that specialises in importing classic cars and trucks from around the globe. The vehicles are shipped directly to their workshop, where they get them titled, inspected, and ready for sale. Their latest build, the Georgetown, is a drool-worthy Defender 110 single cab pickup, and it is currently available for purchase on their website. The build started as a battered farm truck from Spain, it was striped to its essentials, cleaned, fixed, then rebuilt to perfection and finished in charcoal over black leather interior. The 200Tdi four-cylinder turbo diesel engine was fully rebuilt and matted to a 5-speed LT77 manual transmission. Other details include a high low transfer case with center locking differential, Bilstein shocks and springs, a quieter AlliSport variable geometry turbo, a short-shifter, air conditioning, and a Marshall Bluetooth speaker is inlaid in the center console. All this, plus several other new parts, and a few modern upgrades, have given this classic a totally new lease on life.
