1982 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ43

The 1982 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ43 is a classic four by four reborn with modern power and comfort. Originally built in the 1980s, this example was fully refurbished and upgraded by the FJ Company in Colombia before being imported to the United States. Built to the G43 S specification, it blends vintage Land Cruiser character with serious off road capability.

Finished in Grayish Olive over a red leather interior, the truck sits on 16 inch Evo Corse Dakar wheels wrapped in BFGoodrich All Terrain tires. King remote reservoir shocks, power steering, and front and rear electronic locking differentials give it confident performance on rough terrain. A Warn winch, LED lighting, and FJ Company bumpers add both function and presence.

Power comes from a supercharged 4.0 liter Toyota V6 paired with a five speed manual transmission and a dual range transfer case. The drivetrain is further enhanced by a stainless steel exhaust and a large fuel tank, making it ready for long adventures.

Inside, Recaro seats, air conditioning, CNC machined controls, and an Alpine stereo with Bluetooth bring modern comfort to a classic cabin. A backup camera and updated gauges round out the experience.

With just over 5,500 miles since completion, this Land Cruiser FJ43 is a thoughtfully built restomod that delivers timeless style with everyday usability and serious off road performance.
