North Bondi Residence
This stunning residence is located in North Bondi, a coastal, eastern suburb of Sydney, Australia. Developed by the CplusC Architectural Workshop, the 200-square-metre house was designed both for easy entertaining and private family time. The screened wall surrounding the home is made up of a wood grid with windows and perforated metal panels, providing the necessary privacy, shielding, they also allow for a vertical garden to be grown over time. At the entrance their is a beautiful courtyard that opens to the sky, and inside the house you´ll find the main attraction, a unique above ground lap-pool that shares a clear wall with the social spaces and acts as a visual connection between the interior and exterior spaces, refracting natural light throughout the house.
