Designed by Studio Workshop, 8 Albatross is a unique three-storey side-by-side duplex residence with an east-facing aspect toward the pacific ocean, where you have four levels of contemporary design and open living space to choose from. It delivers four bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, separate living, kitchen and entertaining areas over four levels. The huge central void delivers a different experience on each level, from the cosy pool on the ground level to a private roof top terrace with full beach views. Each villa is over 400sqm floor space.
