Draper Tiny House

Land Ark first caught our attention with their amazing Drake tiny house. Now they have contacted us with news on their new offering, the Draper Tiny House, a towable home with plenty of storage space, a living room that doubles up as a guest room, and a large deck for entertaining your guests. With 300 sqft (including loft), it sleeps up to 4 people and is sized like an RV to give you ultimate freedom of use. The flexible interior includes a fully equipped kitchen, a living room that doubles as a guest room, a sleeping loft with a double bed, and a compact, yet surprisingly luxurious bathroom with toilet, shower and vanity unit. The living area extends outside through the sliding patio door onto a large hardwood deck that can be raised and closed for transport.
