Masterbuilt Smoker
The Masterbuilt Smoker is a vertical gas smoker that makes smoking meats easy and safe. Unlike other smokers that use a thermometer, this option uses a thermostat located inside the smoke box. The thermostat regulates the flow of gas to the burner to maintain your chosen cooking temperature, simply set the big dial at the base to the exact temperature you want to cook at, and walk away. The safety shut-off valve provides a safe smoking experience while the 4 smoking racks provide plenty of room to smoke your favorite foods. Smoke up to 12 chickens, 2 turkeys, 4 racks of ribs or 4 pork butts. Below them sits a combo drip and water pan which, among other things, keeps things moist, not too hot, and helps the smoke stick to your ribs.
