Ducati Desmo450 MX

Ducati has officially entered the motocross scene with the launch of the Desmo450 MX, a race-ready machine that blends off-road grit with pure Italian engineering. This is Ducati's first-ever motocross bike, and it is already turning heads with its bold Ducati Red finish and cutting-edge performance features.

At the heart of the Desmo450 MX is a 449cc single-cylinder engine producing 63.5 hp at 9,400 rpm and 39.5 lb-ft of torque at 7,500 rpm. It is the only bike in its class to feature a Desmodromic valve system, delivering unmatched throttle response and top-end power.

Built around a twin-spar aluminum frame, the bike comes equipped with Showa suspension, a Brembo braking system with Galfer discs, and Pirelli Scorpion MX32 Mid-Soft tires on Takasago Excel rims. Riders can fine-tune performance via two riding modes and Ducati's next-gen electronics suite, including Ducati Traction Control, Power Launch, Quick Shift, and Engine Brake Control.

What really sets this bike apart is its smart integration—thanks to the X-Link app, you can customize settings directly from your smartphone. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned racer, the Desmo450 MX delivers professional-grade performance with intuitive tech.

Available at Ducati dealerships this summer, the Desmo450 MX is more than a motocross bike, it is Ducati's DNA reimagined for dirt.
