Ducati DesertX RR22

Ducati recently introduced its latest adventure-ready motorcycle, the Ducati DesertX, which has been designed to tackle the toughest terrain with style. It is now also available with a new RR22 livery inspired by the Audi RS Q e-tron that participated in the last Dakar and features a Star White Silk color scheme inspired by the adventurous off-road world.

The Ducati DesertX R22 boasts a single central volume, a saddle, and a windshield that integrates the double headlight, creating a "Robust Design" that combines form and function. The bikes aesthetic manages to blend the heritage of "Dakarians" with a modern, digital feel, making it a truly unique ride.

The beast is is powered by a 937cc liquid-cooled Testastretta L-twin engine that delivers 110 horsepower and 68 lb-ft of torque mated to a six-speed gearbox. The off-road-ready design consists of an all-new steel trellis chassis, and rolls on 21-inch front and 18-inch rear wire-spoked wheels wrapped in Pirelli Scorpion Rally STR tires, allowing for maximum ground clearance and off-road mobility.

Other features include Brembo brakes, a KYB inverted fork and KYB monoshock, six riding modes to choose from, a 5.54 gallon fuel tank, and the option to remove the passenger seat to open space for an auxiliary 2.1 gallon fuel tank, to keep you going for longer journeys.
