Twisted Range Rover Classic

Twisted has built its reputation on reengineering icons, and now it turns its attention to one of the most important SUVs ever made. The Twisted Range Rover Classic, known as the TRRC, takes the original two door Range Rover and transforms it into a modern performance machine while staying true to its unmistakable design. It fits perfectly alongside the kind of high end builds we regularly feature in our vehicles section.

Starting with a 1990 to 1992 donor, each build is stripped down to bare metal before being rebuilt with obsessive attention to detail. The entire body is re skinned in hammer formed aluminum, tightening tolerances and elevating the overall finish. The design blends different eras of the Range Rover, combining early minimalist bumpers with later grille and lighting elements for a clean but purposeful look.

Under the hood, Twisted replaces the original engine with a GM LT1 V8 producing around 500 horsepower, paired with an eight speed automatic transmission. The result is a dramatic shift in performance, backed up by upgraded suspension and braking systems that improve handling without compromising the comfort that defined the original.

Inside, the cabin is reworked with premium materials throughout, including leather upholstery, modern infotainment, and improved sound insulation. The seating position is slightly lowered, creating a more connected driving experience while maintaining the commanding feel expected from a Range Rover.

Production is limited to just 12 builds per year, making the TRRC not only a technical achievement but also a highly exclusive one.
