Porsche 356 Emory Transitional Speedster
Emory Motorsports specializes in creating amazing Porsche restomods, they are masters in customising the Porsche 356s since the late 1980s. The latest creation to roll out of their garage in northern Los Angeles is this gorgeous 1959 356 Speedster, a truly one-of-a-kind Outlaw model. The starting point was originally a coupe, but a crash resulted in irreparable damage to the roof. From there, the talented team decided to convert the body into a speedster tribute, and boy does it look good. It was fitted with a 205 horsepower,2.4-liter air-cooled flat-four from Rothsport Racing matted to a four-speed transmission, and suspension has been upgraded with Koni adjustable shocks, whilst a set of fancy new Dunlops were wrapped around its 15in Tecnomagnesio wheels. If you want something similar, be prepared to wait, it takes 18-months to build an Emory with the kind of detailing done upon the car both mechanical and aesthetic. One look at it and you know why.
