Icon 4x4 has unveiled its latest Reformer project: the impressive 1975 Jeep Cherokee "Safe Flight". This unique restomod pays homage to Cherokee heritage with a custom design inspired by tribal patterns. Icon founder Jonathan Ward collaborated with tribal leaders to incorporate an eagle feather motif, symbolizing "safe flight," throughout the vehicle's exterior and interior.
The Jeep boasts a powerful HEMI 6.4L V8 engine producing 485 hp, paired with a custom GM transmission. The handcrafted interior features premium leather from Moore & Giles, detailed with Sheridan-style carvings. Modern amenities include power windows, an advanced audio system, and Vintage Air HVAC.
With its Porsche Chalk paint, custom aluminum trim, and BF Goodrich tires, this Jeep is a stunning blend of classic design and modern performance, honoring both its namesake and the craftsmanship that went into creating it.
