Fering Pioneer Electric SUV

British auto builder Fering has introduced the mighty Pioneer Electric SUV that claims a range of up to an astonishing 3,780 miles (7,000 kilometers). The beastly SUV has an electric motor powering each axle, producing a total of 443 pound-feet (600 Newton-meters) of torque. By itself, the battery offers an electric-only range of around 50 miles. However, with the range-extender 800cc three-cylinder biodiesel engine, it can achieve the claimed, ultra-high range. Perfect for those three-day outdoor weekend adventures. With an aluminum-composite spaceframe chassis, the SUV has a dry weight of only 3,307 pounds. The company hopes to begin production in the first half of 2022.
