1980 Mercedes-Benz 300GD

This vintage SUV was modified for overland travel and camping, and is now available for purchase at Bring a Trailer. The 1980 Mercedes-Benz 300GD was setup for exploring the great outdoors and is equipped with tons of gear that includes a Front Runner roof rack and water tanks as well as a CVT rooftop tent, a Warn winch, a military-style rear bumper, G-Professional side mirrors, recovery accessories, black steel wheels, and a Bluetooth stereo. Power comes from a replacement 3.0-liter turbodiesel inline-five engine that drives all four wheels through a four-speed manual transmission, a dual-range transfer case, and locking differentials. The truck is finished in satin olive green over black and white tartan upholstery, and is offered on dealer consignment with service records and a clean Oregon title.
