1974 Lancia Stratos
Introduced back in 1973, the Lancia Stratos was one of the most successful World Rally Championship cars of all time. The Group 4 rally legend was already eye-catching because of its proportions and its glass cockpit windscreen, its 2.4L V6 engine from the Ferrari Dino 246 GT mounted transversely in front of the rear axle, and its driving characteristics made it the dominant rally monster of its time. This unique 1974 example has just surfaced for sale in Italy, it has a gutted interior fitted with Sparco racing seats, rally switches on the dashboard, historic Pirelli P7 tires, and four additional headlights at the front are protected by a removable cover. The current owner has also updated the Stratos HF to be eligible for historic rallies under FIA regulations.
