Sony Tough SD Cards

Sony have introduced the worlds toughest and fastest SD Card. Built to take a beating, the SF-G series Tough UHS-II SD cards are aimed squarely at adventurous photographers who shoot in challenging environments, and want to ensure that digital photos remain safe on SD cards that have been removed from their camera. According to Sony, these are a whopping 18 times stronger than traditional SD cards, and are the first to feature a rib-less design and no write protection switch. This one-piece design makes the card almost bend-proof, and protects it against intrusion from dust and liquids. The completely sealed cards are also X-ray proof, magnet proof, anti-static, temperature proof, UV protected, dustproof (IP6X), and waterproof (IPX8). In terms of performance, they offer write speeds of 299MB/s for speedy transfer and capture of hefty photo and video files. Available from October in 32, 64 and 128 GB storage capacities.
