Leica have just announced at the Photokina show in Germany, the beautiful Leica M Edition 60, a commemorative limited edition on the 60th anniversary of this legendary camera. This unique version takes you back to the basics of photography, it has been stripped to its bare functions and essential camera features required for digital photography – shutter speed, aperture, focusing and ISO sensitivity. Strictly limited to 600 examples worldwide, the Leica M Edition 60 will hit Leica Stores and Boutiques starting October 2014. watch the unboxing video
