Jiffy75 Split Keyboard

The Jiffy75 Split Keyboard rethinks the familiar 75 percent layout through an ergonomic lens, creating a typing experience designed to reduce strain without forcing users to relearn how to type. Developed by Hong Kong based JezailFunder Studio, the keyboard builds on lessons learned from the company’s earlier Cornix model while aiming to make split keyboards more accessible to everyday users.

Instead of a single rigid board, the Jiffy75 separates the keyboard into two halves that can be positioned independently. This allows each side to align naturally with your shoulders, helping keep wrists straight and encouraging a more relaxed typing posture during long work sessions. The split also creates extra desk space between the halves, perfect for placing a trackpad, notebook, or tablet.

Despite the ergonomic design, the keyboard retains the familiar structure of a traditional 75 percent layout. Navigation keys remain in their usual location, while the first four function keys shift slightly to the left side, making the transition from a standard keyboard far easier than many unconventional ergonomic boards.

The build quality reflects a premium approach. Each keyboard features a unibody CNC machined aluminum case with a durable anodized finish, giving it a solid and refined feel. JezailFunder also developed a custom 37 gram silent switch designed to deliver tactile feedback while keeping typing noise to a minimum.

Connectivity options include both Bluetooth and 2.4 GHz wireless, and each half contains its own battery. The left module can run for around one and a half months on a single charge, while the right side can last up to two months. Two programmable rotary knobs allow quick control over functions such as volume, scrolling, or custom shortcuts through the company’s JZF Hub remapping software.

Optional solid wood wrist rests complement the split design and support a more natural typing angle, while a custom hardshell carrying case protects the keyboard during travel.

Currently available through a Kickstarter campaign, the Jiffy75 is positioned as a more approachable ergonomic keyboard that blends familiar layout, thoughtful engineering, and premium materials into a compact split design aimed at modern workspaces. watch the video below
