Nomad Mag Leather Back

The Nomad Magnetic Leather Back adds the texture of Horween leather to your iPhone while leaving its edges exposed. Available in several colors, the 2.2mm fiberglass backplate keeps the profile slim, with microfiber lining against the phone and a raised polycarbonate ring around the cameras.

An integrated magnet array and reusable microsuction patches hold it in place, allowing removal removal and reinstallation. MagSafe and Qi2 charging remain compatible, so it can stay attached during everyday charging.

The leather develops a patina through daily handling, with marks and scuffs gradually changing its appearance. The appeal is a more tactile surface that preserves much of the uncovered phone’s’s shape and feel.

The linked version fits iPhone 17 Pro Max and iPhone 18 Pro Max. It protects the back and camera from everyday wear, but Nomad explicitly states that it offers no drop protection. That makes it best suited to people comfortable carrying their phone without a full case.
