Leica Leitz Phone 2

The second generation of the Leica-branded phone is here! More than a year ago, Sharp, Leica Camera AG and SoftBank teamed up to release a smartphone named Leitz Phone 1. The new Leica Leitz Phone 2 has more than twice the resolution, which the company claims is the largest sensor ever (47.2-megapixel CMOS image sensor) in a smartphone. This mighty sensor is paired with a Summicron 19-mm-equiv F1.9 aspherical lens with seven elements. It also features a 6.6-inch OLED display, a 5,000mAh battery, 12 GB of RAM, 512 GB storage, and a microSD card slot. Images can be saved in RAW or JPEG format.
