Hydrow Rowing Machine

The Hydrow Rowing Machine aims to enhance this often underrated and overlooked exercise machine, in fact rowing is an extremely healthy exercise with low joint impact. This machine aims to greatly enrich the rowing experience through an augmented reality 22" HD screen that mimics real time boat motion and visualization. The Hydrow is equipped with a touch screen monitor that also enables you to choose the view you want to see, your progression data, choose your training type and even your instructor. It’s extremely well built and offers a fluid movement that will conquer you from your first stroke, this is because of its high-tech computer-controlled resistance technology that is able to adjust it up to 100 times per second, recreating a real feel as if you were on real water. You should also know that it may easily be stored in an upright position so it won´t take that much space when not in use. watch the video below
