Bowflex Adjustable Barbell

The Bowflex Adjustable Barbell is not only smart but will also save you time and space in your home workouts. The compact, dual-bar system features 7 adjustable weights, and with a unique locking mechanism, locks in the weights you choose and leaves behind those that you don’t, letting you replace an entire rack of bulky bench press weights with a compact system. Simply slot in one of the two bars provided, then use the dial at each end to choose the weight you want, and it adds the correct number of weighted slats to each end. The Bowflex system uses a series of slats lined up on either end of a custom rack, providing rapid and seamless weight changes from 20 to 80 pounds.
