The "Speed Resistance Training Parachute" helps athletes improve their speed, stamina, strength, and acceleration. The belt rotates 360 degrees giving the user freedom of movement in any direction and has a quick-release buckle for that mid-stride, "shot-out-of-the-cannon" sensation. watch the video
