Christian Vizl Ocean Prints

Mexican photographer Christian Vizl captures the underwater world in never-before-seen ways. The award winning photographer conveys the poetry of light through his inspiring black and white, color, and macro underwater images. He says about his inspiring work "I dreamt about what lay beneath the waves, and how would it look if suddenly all the water vanished, leaving all the animals and living creatures in stasis. In this way, I could walk within the ocean and see them all, suspended for a moment in time and space”. Each image is a visualisation of that sublime moment. We particularly love his black & white work, where he uses a very high contrast technique known as the "Vizl Effect”.

From every print sold, 15% will be donated to Mission Blue
