Destination Defender 2026 Adventure Weekend

Destination Defender returns to Temecula, California, from September 11 to 13, 2026, bringing together Defender owners, outdoor enthusiasts, and anyone drawn to the brand’s adventure-first spirit. Held at Galway Downs, the three-day gathering mixes off-road driving, live music, outdoor activities, food, and a showcase of modern and vintage Defender vehicles.

The centerpiece is the Defender Drive Experience, where attendees can tackle a purpose-built trail network in supplied Defender vehicles with professional instructors on hand. Beyond the driving course, the weekend includes mountain biking with Aventon demo bikes, guided rides, pilates, outdoor games, workshops, and other activities designed around an active weekend rather than a conventional car show.

Music and food are treated as part of the experience rather than background entertainment. Live performances run throughout the weekend, while master chefs host tastings and meals alongside food trucks and campfire-style dining. The vehicle showcase adds another layer, bringing together Defender builds from different eras and giving enthusiasts a closer look at the model’s long off-road history.

Guests can attend for a single day or stay for the full weekend, with vehicle camping, RV camping, and nearby residence options available. The 2026 Defender Service Awards will also be announced during the event on September 12, recognizing nonprofit organizations using Defender vehicles to support humanitarian and community work.
