Mapping and navigation company TomTom have announced the all new TomTom Runner Cardio sports watch. The high-tech GPS watch besides displaying all the usual real-time running information, comes equipped with a built-in heart rate monitor(no need for a separate chest strap, it features an innovative light system that analysis the blood flow in your wrist), helping you understand how your body is responding to exercise. The watch can also give the user feedback, tips, and alerts, and is compatible with all the major platforms such as RunKeeper, Strava and TomToms own MySports. watch the video
