REC P-51 Watch

REC Watches has introduced a duo of Swiss-made watches made from materials recycled from the vintage Ford Mustang. The P-51 Green Hornet and the P-51 Little Red, are both made from and inspired by the legendary Shelby Mustang. The P-51 Little Red timepiece takes its name, components, and design from an experimental 1967 Prototype Shelby Mustang GT500 EXP ordered by famous race driver and car designer Carroll Shelby. The The P-51 Green Hornet timepiece takes its name, components, and design from a experimental 1968 prototype Shelby GT500 EXP given to Carroll Shelby by Ford. Reclaimed sheet metal from those iconic vehicles was used to give life to the watch dials, giving you an opportunity to own and wear a piece of automotive history. The Swiss-made timepieces feature a 42mm case, are waterproof to 5 ATM (50 metres), and are equipped with a 42-hour power reserve.
