The mighty Panerai Submersible Elux LAB-ID PAM01800 represents a groundbreaking leap in mechanical luminescence. Developed by Panerai's innovative hub, Laboratorio di Idee, this watch showcases eight years of dedicated research and development. It features a fully mechanical movement that powers light on demand, using four energy-storing barrels that convert mechanical energy into electricity.

The Submersible Elux LAB-ID pays homage to Panerai's legacy in luminescence, drawing from historical advancements like the Radiomir and Luminor compounds. The watch's lighting system, activated by a patented pusher-protector system, illuminates the dial and bezel for up to 30 minutes. The 49mm Ti-Ceramitech case, made from ceramized titanium, is both lightweight and exceptionally durable, with a striking blue hue inspired by the sea.

Limited to just 150 pieces, this watch is powered by the P.9010/EL caliber, featuring six barrels - four for the lighting and two for timekeeping. Water-resistant to 500 meters and priced at $96,300, the Submersible Elux LAB-ID is a masterpiece of innovation and craftsmanship.
