Instrmnt Field Watch

Instrmnt is a Glasgow-based, multi-disciplinary design studio that focuses in creating industrial goods with an emphasis on quality, simplicity and attainability. Their latest offering is this classic field watch inspired by the utilitarian style of military watches from the early 20th century. Machined from stainless steel, the watch features a reliable Japanese-made movement that is powered by a solar cell hidden behind the dial. Both natural and artificial light will activate the cell, and only one sunny day can charge the battery for up to five months. Available in a choice of black or white dial, and with a choice of leather, rubber, or high-performance nylon straps.
