Casio have recently announced their new smartwatch, a rugged timepiece for adventurers out there who need a smartwatch that is more robust than the mainstream offerings. It features a low-power onboard GPS with the ability to download maps that can be used without the need for cellular connectivity. Other specs include 50m water-resistance, Mil-spec durability, compass and pressure sensors, and a battery life will last about a day in normal usage, while the time-only mode can remain powered for a little more than a month.
