Vollebak Relaxation Hoodie
The Vollebak Relaxation Hoodie returns to the idea behind the first product from the experimental clothing brand: something to wear while doing absolutely nothing. Its defining feature is a hood that zips completely shut, creating a small personal retreat when you want to switch off. The updated version adds heavier fabric, a revised eye mask, and a more generous fit.
A heavyweight bonded wool twill replaces the original soft shell, combining a dense, naturally water-repellent exterior with a soft inner surface. The hood incorporates a laser-cut eye mask designed to let you see out while obscuring your face. Asymmetric sling pockets support your arms crossed over your stomach, while two conventional hand pockets make the hoodie practical with the hood open.
The construction also considers how the garment feels when you lie down. Raglan sleeves and a raglan yoke remove shoulder seams that could press into you. Internal seams are coverstitched, bound, or French-seamed, and grosgrain tape behind the two-way zipper keeps the hardware away from your face.
Available in Drunk Tank Pink and Neuro Navy, the new hoodie translates an unusual concept into something closer to outerwear. The pink references the historic Baker-Miller Pink experiments, but the more tangible appeal lies in the design: a covered face, supported arms, and fewer uncomfortable details when it is time to rest.
