The CLAE Milo is a modern lifestyle runner that brings athletic comfort into the brand’s clean, understated design language. The upper is built entirely from recycled and vegan materials, combining recycled polyester, recycled mesh, and hot-melt polyester overlays. Those bonded layers give the shoe its distinctive technical look while helping wrap the foot securely without making the design feel overly bulky. Neoprene and recycled polyester line the interior, while the laces are made from 100% recycled nylon.

Underfoot, an insole made with 80% recycled PU foam provides cushioning for daily use. The Milo sits on CLAE’s Desert Track sole, which pairs a lightweight high-density EVA midsole with a durable rubber outsole. Its tread pattern takes inspiration from California desert landscapes, incorporating shapes influenced by dunes, canyons, cracked earth, and snakeskin.

That combination gives the Milo a slightly more technical character than CLAE’s traditional low-profile sneakers while keeping the brand’s minimalist approach intact.
