The modern jacket is composed of two pieces, a waterproof and breathable soft-shell exterior with zippered back and forearm vents, and a modern camouflage padded inner layer that is water-repellent, and breathable, and can be worn as a liner on cool days or be worn separately as a stand alone casual layer.
