UAG Civilian Laptop Sleeve
The UAG Civilian Laptop Sleeve adds a protective layer around your computer without the bulk of a full laptop bag. A heat-molded soft shell wrapped in neoprene provides a flexible exterior, while microsuede lining helps protect the finish from scratches. The outer fabric is water-resistant and designed to resist abrasion and tearing during everyday carry.
A double zipper opens the sleeve in a clamshell layout, making it easier to place or retrieve your laptop. Inside, a mesh slip pocket keeps cables and smaller accessories together. It is a straightforward arrangement for moving between desks or adding protection inside a backpack, with storage for the essentials you would otherwise carry separately.
For carrying the sleeve on its own, UAG also offers the Civilian Shock Sleeve with Handle. This version uses a heat-molded EVA exterior and a cushioned top handle, retaining the soft lining and accessory pocket. UAG states that it meets MIL-STD-810G 516.6 drop-test requirements, giving this model a more protective construction than the standard soft sleeve.
Both designs come in medium and large sizes for devices up to 14 and 16 inches, respectively. Standard sleeves are priced at $49.95 and $54.95, while the handled Shock Sleeves cost $64.95 and $69.95. The choice is mainly about how you carry: tucked inside another bag or held independently between stops.
