Our Friday custom motorbike crush comes from Old Empire Motorcycles, a workshop known for their heritage aesthetics. The striking build named "Snipe” started as a 2014 Yamaha SR400, it was striped down to its essentials and fitted with carefully engineered handmade components. From 3D machined yokes and switch gear to the hand beaten aluminium front and rear cowling, this beauty has been removed of all the modern frivolities and resculpted into a streamlined racer with Old Empire´s usual attention to detail and classic styling.

YAMAHA SR400 | BY GASOLINE CUSTOM MOTORCYCLES

Our custom motorbike crush today is a nice simple machine from Sydney workshop, Gasoline Custom Motorcycles. The guys have really kept it simple, eliminating most stuff from the rear end and replacing the standard heavy exhaust, giving the bike a freedom of lightness. The utilitarian character of the bike was achieved by adding big knobbly tires and a rough-round-the-edges finish. Check out their website for more custom builds....
