CROOKED Triumph Scrambler 1200 Alps Edition
The CROOKED 1200 Alps Edition takes the Triumph Scrambler 1200 XE and reshapes it into a more focused adventure machine inspired by classic Dakar motorcycles. Built individually in Germany, each bike is configured around its owner, with custom choices covering paint, materials, seating, and selected components.
The latest example is finished in cream white with dark orange highlights and is headed to a customer in Florida. Underneath the custom bodywork remains the Scrambler 1200 XE’s 1,200cc engine producing 90 hp, while CROOKED says its lightweight construction can reduce total weight by up to 20kg, bringing the finished bike to around 210kg.
The transformation centres on CROOKED’s in-house Adventure Front, combining a Dakar-style fairing with modern integrated lighting and an optional windshield tower. A newly developed seat and rear system sharpens the silhouette, improves luggage-carrying options, and can be customized with different leather and Alcantara finishes.
Every Alps Edition motorcycle is assembled at CROOKED’s German workshop rather than produced as a fixed specification. Owners work directly with the team to define the look and equipment, receive photo and video updates during the build, and can arrange collection or worldwide delivery once complete. For existing Scrambler 1200 owners, many of the same Alps Edition components are also available separately as a MotoKit.
