Bultaco TSS 350 Cafe Racer
The Bultaco TSS 350 brings the Spanish marque’s racing heritage back to the circuit in a series of just 29 motorcycles. Hand-built in Spain under official Bultaco license, it takes its inspiration from the late-1960s TSS Model 29. Its cafe racer appeal comes with a clear distinction: this is a competition motorcycle, with no approval for public-road use.
Power comes from an air-cooled, 350cc two-stroke single, with Bultaco claiming 60 metric horsepower at the rear wheel. A listed empty weight of 103kg keeps the emphasis on lightness. Programmable electronic ignition and a removable six-speed cassette gearbox introduce modern functionality while preserving the engine’s traditional character.
The chassis follows the same approach, pairing a steel double-cradle frame with a Ceriani-design front fork and rear shocks developed specifically for the project. Ceriani-replica drum brakes, 18-inch wheels, and a Krober tachometer maintain the period feel. Together, these choices give the TSS a mechanical simplicity that defines its identity as much as its silhouette.
Each motorcycle is built to order and individually numbered, with production records documenting its construction. There is also competition experience behind the project: Bultaco reports seven wins and three second-place finishes across ten races with Juan Bulto in 2025, without a mechanical failure. The result is a limited-production revival with a purpose beyond the display stand.
