URB-E is an electric folding scooter, a great add-on to the shelf of electrically moved vehicles, it´s kind of a hybrid because you can carry it with you, it has a reasonable carrying weight of 35 lbs, but you can ride it like a bike, so it does feature portability and comfort, two apparently difficult features to combine.
