1959 Delmo Chevrolet Apache

This Delmo-built 1959 Chevrolet Apache takes a classic shape and reworks it into something far more capable. It keeps the visual DNA of the original while rebuilding everything underneath to handle modern driving and serious off road use.

At the center is a 525 hp LS3, styled to look like a period correct V8 but delivering a completely different level of performance. It sits on a Roadstershop RS4 chassis with Currie axles, giving it the strength and control needed for both road and trail.

If you are into classic builds reimagined with modern tech, the Kindred Electric VW Bus is worth a look.

The proportions are also unique. A custom mid length wheelbase and seven foot bed give it a balanced stance, finished in a period inspired gold that ties everything back to its roots. A Trailcap camper shell adds another layer, pushing it into overland territory without losing the clean lines.

For a more complete overland setup, the Gehocab Chassis Mounted Campers are a strong alternative.

Inside, it moves fully into modern territory. Digital gauges, climate control, premium audio, and a full suite of convenience features bring it closer to a new truck than a restored classic.

This is not a restoration. It is a full reinterpretation. A truck that looks like it belongs in the late 1950s but performs like something built decades later, without compromising either side.
