The PiCycle is not simply a motorized bicycle, it is a new hybrid electric bicycle, an eco-bike, with a propulsion system that can be used by pedaling or by a motor. Unlike other electric bicycles, which are usually charged on a common electrical outlet, the PiCycle uses human power, when riding you charge the battery in a sustainable manner.
