The Cycling Shoe Covers by Garneau will keep your feet warm and dry in any condition, they are made with 3mm SBR neoprene providing both strength and insulation and feature hook-and-loop closures in the back and under the soles, making them easy to pull over your shoes. The covers also include Kevlar-reinforced panels under the toes and are finished off with reflective elements.
