Brubaker Box Minivan
German-based industrial designer Samir Sadikhov has reimagined the legendary design of Curt Brubaker, whom originally created a kit designed to fit on the chassis of a Volkswagen Beetle, converting them to Box Vans. Brubaker´s work also directly influenced the design of the Tesla Cybertruck. Sadikhov stays true to the metallic finish but adds wooden bumpers, and a slightly softer low-poly design that is more approachable and friendly. Sadikhov says: "in terms of design my purpose was to modernize it with modern surfacing and detailing, almost treating it as a Bang & Olufsen product style." Inside, the Brubaker Box sports a minimal aesthetic, and features two seats up front, and a spacious rear with an entertainment center to keep the kids occupied on long road trips. The minivan also features two windows on the side and two long sun-roofs.
