Ford GT40 MKII 50th Anniversary Edition

Built to honor the legendary GT40 that triumphed at Le Mans in 1966, the stunning Ford GT40 MKII 50th Anniversary Edition by Superformance and Shelby American is a rare, track-ready celebration of motorsport history. Only 20 units were ever produced, this example, number 16, pays homage to the #2 car driven by Bruce McLaren and Chris Amon.

Finished in iconic black with silver stripes and white roundels, this GT40 is powered by a monstrous 496ci Ford FE V8 cranking out 600 hp, paired with a Quaife 5-speed manual transaxle. Built for performance, it features independent suspension, Wilwood disc brakes, and a race-style tubular steel frame.

Inside, it stays true to its heritage with fixed-back leather bucket seats, Smiths gauges, and a Moto-Lita quick-release steering wheel. Creature comforts like air conditioning and custom anniversary floor mats add a subtle touch of luxury to this raw, race-bred machine.

With only 111 miles on the odometer, this GT40 MKII is essentially brand new. It combines authentic 1960s style with modern reliability, wrapped in an unmistakable Le Mans livery. Whether you are a collector or a die-hard Ford racing fan, this is an unmatched opportunity to own a piece of automotive legend.
