Its hot-dip galvanized frame, raptor-coated underbody, and new Cooper S/T Maxx 235/85 R16 tires on 16” Wolf rims ensure you can tackle the toughest terrain with confidence.

Inside, the Sahara blends comfort and style with tan leather seats, diamond stitching, Alcantara-trimmed dash, and a leather-bound Range Rover Classic steering wheel. Modern conveniences include an Alpine ILX-F903D touchscreen with Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, power steering, electric front windows, air conditioning, and multiple USB charging ports. Storage and comfort are also expedition-ready, thanks to a practical center console, lockable stowage, and LED interior lights.

The exterior is a showstopper in Mercedes Pangea Green Metallic with Santorini Black accents, tubular bumpers, a Warn winch, snorkel, and NAS rear step with tow point. Project Sahara comes fully equipped for adventures with an Alu-Cab 2-person rooftop tent, 270° awning, onboard water system, National Luna 50L fridge/freezer, and shower/changing cube—making it the perfect weekend warrior or long-distance expedition platform.
