1990 Mercedes-Benz 250GD

Among our favorite SUV´s there is always a place for the G-Class. Up for auction, is this unique Mercedes-Benz 250GD, it origins from 1990 and started as a Bundeswehr military vehicle, but after the dismantling of the German army, it started a new life in Texas, USA. The chassis was completely redesigned down to the metal, its five-speed gearbox was refurbished, an upgraded and more comfortable suspension and a stronger clutch were fitted, new seats were installed, and it got new 15″ Mercedes steel wheels with 33” BF Goodrich Mud Terrain tires. Other equipment includes the original snorkel kit, grill guard, front indicator cages, extended wheel flares, rear jerry-can/plate holder, and tire carrier with matching spar. With a 2.5 liter, five-cylinder diesel engine, a front differential lock and a rear differential lock, this G-Class can tackle backcountry roads and trails with ease.
