1987 Porsche 944 Safari

Rindt Vehicle Design rebuilt the 1987 Porsche 944 to Safari Rally standards, turning it into a classic sports car. Its naturally aspirated 2.5-liter inline-four engine produces approximately 161bhp and propels the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transmission with a limited-slip differential. The cars odometer records 132,967 miles, and it has had only two owners since its first registration in June 1987 as a right-hand drive, UK-market model. Its exterior is painted in Irish Green, a classic Porsche color, while the interior is decorated with beige cloth and vinyl, complete with pinstripe seat details and a contrasting black upper dashboard, center console, and upper door cards. Gloss black, 15-inch Teledial alloy wheels wrapped in Maxxis Worm-Drive A/T tires support the cars weight. The car features Nitron suspension that is adjustable, an Alcantara-trimmed Sabelt steering wheel, and a Brantz Rallymeters timer. The Porsche 944 Safari, which is in excellent condition, is an ideal car for weekend sprints, classic car show visits, and off-road excursions.
