1968 Ford Bronco U13 Roadster

Built in a limited production run of only 212 units for the 1968 model year, this unique Bronco Roadster, overseen by renowned Bill Stroppe Baja Bronco expert Bill Norton, offers a glimpse into a bygone era of automotive excellence. It stands as one of just 26 known remaining examples. The optional 289 CI V-8 engine showcases factory precision, extending to the chassis. The 3-speed manual transmission and 2-speed transfer direct power through Dana 30 front and 3.50:1 rear limited-slip axles, enabling 4x4 prowess. The optional U132 Heavy Duty package bolsters the GVW rating, enhancing the Mono Beam front and leaf spring rear suspension. This Roadster received the coveted Bill Stroppe Award at the 2016 Fabulous Fords Forever Car Show, attesting to its exceptional quality. Set to grace the auction block at Mecums Monterey Car Week event, it is estimated to command a price of $115,000 - $135,000.
